One word, Favourite place to work & eat, we are fast, quick and easy! We clean up in the blink of an eye! Family friendly with an awesome play place! Table service so you don't have to stand and wait! Go selection of food in our bakery and on our menu.

The food is pretty standard and the line wait is always reasonable. It's not the most tidy esp when it's busy but it's better than some other ones in town. There is a giant play area so there are often a number of screaming children, if you're into screaming children that is.

I actually work here on Front Counter and Cash. We do our very best to keep our restaurant neat clean and tidy but we are extremely busy as we are open 24/7. I have been working here for about 4 and a half months now and people say that I am very helpful and friendly and good at my job. Sure on occasion there is a nasty customer who is either unhappy or angry with their order or has a complaint about something, but we all work together to get our jobs done. There is a LOT of stuff to do; take orders at the front cashes from customers, make beverages; coffee, tea, iced coffee, etc., pies, muffins, croissants, pastries, etc., McFlurrys, ice cream cones, sundaes, fries, burgers, poutine, fish and chips, and lots more. We will keep doing our best to keep our customers satisfied.

McDonalds the brand is fine, but this location needs to do some work on the in-store customer flow. There's not enough room to stand and wait for take out orders. It gets bunchy fast regardless of time of day. The wait times can be lengthy, which makes it uncomfortable. Orders are filled in the order they came in, typically without thought for speed. Example, an order of just 1 coffee will wait behind a group of full breakfast orders before the 1 coffee is handed out. Was also a little disappointed the new heart cookies didnt come in the cute yellow carrier box like the picture shows. This location gets loud and messy fast. What I will make a big compliment on for this location is the guy who works the dining room during the morning. He's always friendly and smiling and often opens doors if he sees the people coming. It's a small part of the overall experience, but he's great at his job.

This is one of the better McDonald's locations I have been to. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and I have never had to search for a clean table. It does get busy and congested at times but having worked fast food before I know to be patient and so am never in an unreasonable rush to get in and out. I can see how this might bother others though, and it is a McDonald's when all is said and done so I'll give four stars.
